*Please note our warehouse is not open to the public like a shop. It’s only available for collection of orders purchased online.
When you get to the checkout you can choose local pickup from our warehouse at:

We will pack your order and email you with collection instruction within 24 business hours.
Collection hours: Between 8am and 3:00pm weekdays.
Please quote your invoice number at reception on arrival.

Delivery Process
We will pack your order and send you the tracking number and courier company details. Let us know of any specific delivery instructions in the “additional information” section when you order online.
As our deliveries are made by a single driver, planters over 15kg will require someone able-bodied to assist with unloading. The pallet and all packaging materials will be left at your address.
Returns/Insurance
Your planters are 100% insured for damage during transit and come with a reassuring 3-year warranty for your peace of mind. We do not accept returns for change of mind. More Information
