Website Pricing

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.

Stock Measurements

  • Our planters are handmade, with a tolerance of up to 5mm.

Delivery Information

  • All delivery times are estimates and may be extended during peak periods such as Christmas and Easter.
  • Accurate delivery location details must be provided. Additional fees may apply for incorrect addresses.
  • Freight costs cover delivery to the curb only.
  • Delivery excludes packaging removal and item unpacking.
  • Delivery charges vary based on location and item quantity and are estimates only. We reserve the right to refund orders if delivery estimates need to be corrected.
  • Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.
  • We don’t install pots or position them inside the building unless a special arrangement has been organised, which may incur extra costs.
  • Clients must ensure unrestricted access to the kerb for unloading. If planters are greater than 12kg the client must assist the driver with unloading and take custody of the pallet and packaging materials.
  • We are not liable for damage to buildings, furniture, or other items during delivery positioning.
  • If delivery is arranged and our team is not allowed on site or site contact doesn’t answer the phone, additional delivery costs will be charged for re-delivery.

Planter Care

  • Premium potting mix is required for the warranty (not soil or clay).
  • The built-in feet provide sufficient elevation and drainage. Additional feet are unnecessary, but if used must support the base evenly to avoid bowing and cracking.
  • Items are shipped with protective wrapping. Once signed for, the buyer is responsible for the item’s condition. Items may scratch or break if not treated with care.
  • Protective wrapping needs to be removed within 7 days of receiving planters of painted surfaces may develop blisters.
  • In rare cases pots may develop a white substance due to the manufacturing process, which usually subsides after exposure to the elements. This can be cleaned with a damp cloth and is not grounds for a refund or replacement.
  • Items are still classified as functional if they can hold potting mix and house an appropriately sized plant. Items are still functional even if they become scratched or fade due to exposure to elements such as sun and rain.
  • We do not refund or replace items for minor imperfections or hairline cracks.
  • Our planters are not guaranteed for use as water features or tanks.
  • Any physical customisations/alterations made by the customer to our pots will void our warranty, including, but not limited to, blocking drainage holes, cutting, reshaping, alterations, using geofabric, drilling additional holes, and adding custom drainage systems with plumbing. All of these types of alterations alter how the pot was designed to be used and, therefore, void our warranty.
  • All pots must be placed on stable level ground; otherwise, damage can occur to the pots, voiding the warranty.
  • All painted finishes are finished in low sheen for the best quality finish.
  • Finishes can vary slightly from samples due to textured and porous surfaces.
  • All black/charcoal-coloured pots will fade in the Australian sun; pots can be given a coat of car wax polish to minimise this.
  • When moving a pot, please ensure it is free of items to reduce the strain on the pot. Please take care when moving our pots, as they are often large in size and weight and can cause injury if not handled properly. More than one person should assist when moving large pots.

Our Liability

  • We are not liable for unforeseen delays outside our control, such as shipping or customs delays.
  • Lead times may lapse due to supply chain issues. We cannot compensate for delays beyond our control.

Warranty

  • We proudly offer a 3-year warranty on all our planters to ensure you enjoy years of enjoyment.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the structural integrity of your planter.
  • Normal wear and tear: Fading and hairline cracks are natural occurrences over time and are not covered by the warranty.
  • Improper care: Damage caused by improper handling or use, such as blistering paint from leaving packaging on for more than 7 days, will void the warranty.
  • Modifications: Our planters are designed for stability on flat surfaces. Adding large, external feet that don’t provide full base support can cause bowing and void the warranty.
  • Misuse: This warranty applies to planters used for their intended purpose – growing plants. Using them as water features is not covered.
  • Customers are responsible for removal, replanting, and related costs for replacements.
  • Replacements may take up to 180 days if not in stock.

Payment Terms

  • All stock orders require full payment to secure stock.

Upon working with us and paying for orders, you agree to the following:

  • Projects may be listed on our website and partner businesses.
  • Images provided may be used in marketing materials. Notify us if you do not consent to this.
  • We may list you as a past client unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
