Enjoy free delivery on orders over $1000 in Greater Brisbane, $1500 on the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, $2000 in Sydney, or $3000 in Melbourne.

For areas outside our delivery zones, simply select the “Custom Quote” shipping and “Quote Only” payment methods during checkout. We’ll provide you with a personalised shipping quote. *Please note: Minimum purchase is $1000 for all regional areas and South Australia. For Western Australia and the Northern Territory, the minimum purchase is $2000.

Delivery Process
We will pack your order and send you the tracking number and courier company details. You can contact the courier company directly regarding delivery timing or rescheduling.
As our deliveries are made by a single driver, planters over 15kg will require someone able-bodied to assist with unloading. The pallet and all packaging materials will be left at your address.

Returns/Insurance
Your planters are fully insured against damage during transit. Please notify us immediately if you notice any issues.
Additionally, they come with a reassuring 3-year warranty for your peace of mind.
