Warranty?
We proudly offer a 3-year warranty on all our planters to ensure you enjoy years of beauty and functionality. You can extend this warranty to 5 years at checkout.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the structural integrity of your planter.
What’s Not Covered:
• Normal wear and tear: Fading and hairline cracks are natural occurrences over time and are not covered by the warranty.
• Improper care: Damage caused by improper handling or use, such as blistering paint from leaving packaging on for more than 7 days, will void the warranty.
• Modifications: Our planters are designed for stability on flat surfaces. Adding large, external feet that don’t provide full base support can cause bowing and void the warranty.
• Misuse: This warranty applies to planters used for their intended purpose – growing plants. Using them as water features is not covered.

Delivery Process
We will pack your order and send you the tracking number and courier company details. You can contact the courier company directly regarding delivery timing or rescheduling.
As our deliveries are made by a single driver, planters over 15kg will require someone able-bodied to assist with unloading. The pallet and all packaging materials will be left at your address.

Our Chinese facility specializes in the sheet moulding compound (SMC) process. This method involves compressing layers of resin-impregnated fiberglass sheets into a mould under high pressure. The outcome is a planter characterized by exceptional strength, durability, and precision. The SMC technique allows for thinner wall thicknesses without compromising structural integrity, resulting in planters that are both lightweight and robust.
In contrast, our Vietnamese factory utilizes the chopper gun method. This process involves spraying chopped fiberglass strands and resin onto a mould to create the desired shape. While this technique produces planters with a slightly thicker profile, it offers greater flexibility in design and finish. Both manufacturing processes adhere to rigorous quality control standards to ensure that every IOTA planter meets our exacting specifications.
By operating two factories with complementary manufacturing methods, IOTA is able to offer a comprehensive range of fibreglass planters that cater to various project requirements.
